AurzenHub Mapping Paid Subscription Terms

Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Last Updated: June 15, 2026

These Paid Subscription Terms (these "Terms") apply to your purchase or use of the Mapping paid module (the "Mapping" or "Subscription Service") within the AurzenHub application (the "AurzenHub" or "App").

These Terms are a supplement to the AurzenHub User Service Agreement and the AurzenHub Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Matters not addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the aforementioned agreements and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Service Agreement, these Terms shall prevail with respect to paid subscription matters.

Once you purchase or use the Mapping paid subscription service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use this Subscription Service.

1. About the Service Provider

The AurzenHub application and its Mapping paid module are provided by SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd. (referred to as "we," "us," or "NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS"). The contractual relationship under these Terms exists between you and SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd.

When you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective app store processes your payment as the seller.

2. About the Subscription Service

We currently offer two types of paid subscriptions for the Mapping module within the AurzenHub application:

Monthly Subscription: a membership subscription billed monthly;

Annual Subscription: a membership subscription billed annually.

The features and benefits you receive depend on the type of subscription you purchase, as displayed on the in-app product page at the time of your purchase. We recommend that you keep a screenshot of the product page as proof at the time of purchase.

We may add, adjust, or remove certain features of Mapping over time. If any of the following occurs, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means:

• Removing core paid features promised to you at the time of purchase; or

• Imposing significant restrictions on core paid features.

In such cases, you have the right to choose to: (a) continue using the adjusted service; (b) since the app stores (Apple/Google) have absolute control over transactions and refunds, the final decision on any refund and the return of funds via the original payment method are executed by the app stores, and we will do our best to assist you within the scope of our control (such as providing confirmation of purchase records and submitting support appeals to the app stores); or (c) extend the remaining subscription period to a replacement feature. "Core paid features" refers to the primary features explicitly listed on your purchase page and directly corresponding to the paid price point.

3. About Purchases

3.1 Payment Methods

All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information—these are handled by Apple and Google. Subscription fees will be deducted from your app store account when you place your order.

3.2 Price, Taxes, and Currency

The price you see at checkout is the amount you will actually pay. Apple and Google may add applicable taxes based on your billing location. Prices may vary by country or region and may be subject to change. If prices are adjusted, your current subscription period will not be affected, and the adjusted price will apply at your next renewal (see Section 5.4, "Price Changes for Auto-Renewal").

4. About the 7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to new subscribers.

• During the trial period, you may use all features of the corresponding subscription free of charge.

• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be charged at the monthly or annual price you selected.

• You may cancel at any time during the trial period through the app store. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the trial period, and no charges will be made thereafter.

Free trials are generally limited to one per user, subject to Apple subscription group rules or Google Play trial eligibility rules. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that there is abuse such as repeated registration through false identities, bulk automated registration, or other clearly abusive methods to obtain multiple trial eligibilities, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant trial eligibility. We will not deem normal switching or use of multiple devices as abuse.

If you voluntarily activate a paid subscription during the trial period, the paid subscription will take effect immediately, and the free trial will end simultaneously; unused trial time will not be credited toward any fees.

5. About Auto-Renewal

5.1 Auto-Renewal Mechanism

Mapping paid subscriptions (including paid subscriptions that convert after the 7-day free trial ends) auto-renew by default. By activating a subscription, you authorize Apple or Google to automatically charge your saved payment method at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

Apple: will attempt to charge within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Google Play: will charge at or near the end of the current period.

If the charge fails, Apple or Google will retry according to their respective policies. If multiple retries still fail, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current period.

5.2 Pre-Renewal Reminders

To comply with applicable laws (including but not limited to Article 10 of the Implementing Regulations of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China), before each auto-renewal date, we will remind you in a prominent manner through one or more of the following channels:

• In-app notifications or pop-ups;

• The email or mobile message you provided at registration;

• The app store's subscription management page (pushed by Apple/Google according to their rules).

The reminder will include the charge date, charge amount, and renewal cycle for the next period, as well as how to cancel.

5.3 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be completed through your app store—based on Apple's and Google's policies, we cannot directly perform the app store cancellation for you within the app, but you may obtain assistance through any of the following channels:

iOS: Open "Settings" → "Apple Account" → "Subscriptions" → "AurzenHub" → "Cancel Subscription." Please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

Android: Open "Google Play Store" → tap your profile icon in the top right → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → select "AurzenHub" → "Cancel subscription."

Contact us for assistance: If you encounter difficulties canceling through the app store, you can email support@aurzen.com, and we will assist you in communicating with Apple/Google within 2 business days.

After cancellation, you may continue to use the service during the current paid period, after which no further charges will be made.

5.4 Price Changes for Auto-Renewal

If we adjust the price of an auto-renewing subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means.

Apple users: If the price increase exceeds the threshold set by Apple, Apple will pause your auto-renewal and require you to actively confirm the new price before continuing. If the increase is below that threshold, the new price will automatically apply at your next renewal, unless you cancel before the change takes effect.

Google Play users: Price changes are subject to Google Play's then-current policies. You may need to actively confirm in the event of a significant price increase.

6. About Refunds

6.1 Refund Process

Since purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted through them, not through us:

Apple: Submit a refund request through https://reportaproblem.apple.com or the App Store "Account → Subscriptions" page. The final refund decision is made by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

Google Play: Submit a refund request through your Google Play account or https://play.google.com. The final refund decision is made by Google in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

6.2 What Assistance We Provide

If you believe your refund request relates to us—for example, a core feature we promised has been taken offline, an advertised feature has stopped working, or the service is unavailable due to our fault—please contact us at support@aurzen.com. We will respond within 5 business days and do our best to provide assistance, including processing a prorated refund or communicating with Apple/Google on your behalf.

6.3 Right of Withdrawal in Your Region

If applicable law grants you a "cooling-off period" right of withdrawal for digital services, you may have the right to withdraw your purchase within that period. Specific rules vary by your location; please see Section 11, "Your Country or Region."

7. What You May and May Not Do

When using the Mapping paid subscription, you may not:

• Share, resell, transfer, or rent your subscription account to others;

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to obtain or extend trial eligibility in bulk, or circumvent pricing or billing mechanisms;

• Circumvent or interfere with the app's security, billing, or authorization mechanisms;

• Engage in other conduct that violates the AurzenHub User Service Agreement or Community Guidelines.

If you seriously violate the above provisions, we may, after giving you notice and a reasonable period to remedy (except in urgent circumstances), suspend or terminate your subscription, close your account, and may take legal action. "Serious violation" refers to conduct that causes actual harm to us or other users, involves fraud or malicious behavior, or continues despite our reminders.

8. About the Processing of Personal Information

When you purchase or use the Mapping paid subscription, we process the necessary personal information related to the subscription, including subscription status, app store credentials, and payment status.

In order to provide you with this Subscription Service, we may store and process your personal information in countries or regions outside of your own, and will adopt appropriate compliance measures in accordance with applicable law. For details on our collection, use, storage, sharing, and cross-border transfer of your personal information, as well as the data protection rights you may exercise, please see the AurzenHub Privacy Policy.

9. About Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. In the event of significant changes (including but not limited to changes in pricing mechanisms, refund rules, scope of liability, or dispute resolution methods), we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means.

• The version in effect when you activated your subscription applies during your current subscription period;

• The amended terms apply to your next renewal or new purchase;

• If you do not agree to the changes, please cancel your subscription through the app store before the changes take effect; the portion paid but unused will be handled in accordance with Section 10.

10. About Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Mapping paid subscription in the following circumstances:

• You seriously violate these Terms, the AurzenHub User Service Agreement, or the Community Guidelines;

• Your account is involved in verified fraud or abuse;

• Legal or regulatory requirements;

• We cease operating the Mapping module (we will provide at least 30 days' notice; for the portion you have paid for but not used, we will offer a prorated refund, replacement benefits, or an extension of the service period, at your choice).

If the service is terminated because you seriously violated these Terms and failed to remedy after reasonable notice, fees already paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. If termination is due to reasons on our part, we will make our best efforts to assist you in applying to the app store for a prorated refund, or provide you with equivalent replacement benefits.

11. Your Country or Region

Certain rights and rules vary by your location. This section is determined by your billing location or place of habitual residence.

11.1 Mainland China

If your place of habitual residence or billing address is located in mainland China, in addition to the other provisions of these Terms, the following rules additionally apply and shall prevail in the event of conflict with the general terms:

• The provider of this Subscription Service is SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd., governed by laws and regulations including the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Implementing Regulations of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the E-Commerce Law, and the Personal Information Protection Law.

Auto-Renewal Reminders: Before each auto-renewal charge, we will, in conjunction with the app store platform, prominently call your attention in accordance with Section 5.2 of these Terms.

Ease of Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the channels listed in Section 5.3 of these Terms, without going through a cumbersome process.

Refunds: If you are unable to use this Subscription Service normally due to reasons on our part, you have the right to apply for a refund based on the unused portion. See Section 6.2 for specific assistance channels.

Personal Information Protection: We process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and related regulations.

11.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

• Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without cause for purchases of digital content.

• If you wish to begin using the paid features immediately (including starting the 7-day free trial, since the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription upon ending), you must check a box during the purchase process confirming that: (a) you expressly request that we begin performance immediately; and (b) you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance begins. If you do not check the box, you retain your full 14-day right of withdrawal.

• Under the GDPR / UK GDPR, you have data protection rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

• Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

11.3 United States

If your billing location is in the United States:

• Under applicable FTC rules and state automatic renewal laws, canceling your subscription is at least as easy as signing up. In addition to the app store channels, you may also contact us at support@aurzen.com for cancellation assistance.

• We do not sell your personal information, nor do we share your personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising. You have applicable rights under applicable state privacy laws.

If you reside in California:

• You have applicable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

• To file a complaint, you may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1-800-952-5210; or the Consumer Protection Section of the California Department of Justice (https://oag.ca.gov/consumers).

11.4 Other Countries or Regions

We respect the consumer protection laws applicable in your location. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the non-waivable consumer rights in your country or region, the laws of your location shall prevail.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Mapping paid subscription service with reasonable care. However, no online service can be perfect, so we must be honest about what we can and cannot guarantee:

• This Subscription Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability to you for any claim related to this Subscription Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including but not limited to: damages caused by intent or gross negligence; damages caused by fraud; liability for personal injury or death; and damages to non-waivable consumer rights.

13. About Account Deactivation

You may deactivate your AurzenHub account at any time through the AurzenHub application via "Settings" → "Account" → "Deactivate Account." After deactivation:

• Your subscription benefits within the AurzenHub application will automatically terminate (the app store's auto-renewal must be canceled separately, see below);

• Your data will be deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy;

• Deactivating your AurzenHub account does not automatically cancel your subscription in the app store—you need to cancel separately through Apple or Google, otherwise you may continue to be charged in the next period. We recommend that you first cancel your app store subscription in accordance with Section 5.3, and then deactivate your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first contact us at support@aurzen.com, and both parties shall make their best efforts to resolve it through negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation fails, the following rules shall apply. If the mandatory law of your location provides otherwise regarding governing law or jurisdiction, the local law shall prevail.

14.1 Mainland China Users

Governing Law: The laws of mainland China, People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).

Jurisdiction: If negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court at the registered location of SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd.; your statutory right to file a lawsuit at the court of your own place of residence is not affected.

14.2 EEA, UK, Switzerland Users

Governing Law: The laws of the country where you reside.

Jurisdiction: You may choose to sue us in the courts of your place of residence or in the courts at the registered location of SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd. We may only sue you in the courts of your place of residence, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

14.3 United States Users

Please read carefully: This section requires disputes to be resolved through arbitration and waives the right to class action, but you have a 30-day opt-out right.

Governing Law: The laws of the State of California and applicable federal law; the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state still apply.

Arbitration: Except as provided below, disputes between you and us shall be resolved through individual arbitration by JAMS under its Consumer Minimum Standards, with the place of arbitration being the state of your place of residence.

Exceptions: (a) Either party may file a lawsuit in small claims court for disputes that meet the monetary threshold; (b) either party may apply to a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property; (c) disputes that cannot be compelled to arbitration under the laws of your state.

Class Action Waiver: Arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and may not be part of a class action or representative action. If this provision is unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause shall not apply to you, but the remaining parts of these Terms shall remain valid.

30-Day Opt-Out: Within 30 days of your first acceptance of these Terms, you may send an email to support@aurzen.com, stating your name, account email, state of residence, and declaring "I opt out of the AurzenHub arbitration clause," to be exempt from this arbitration clause, without affecting your other rights.

California: If any part of this section conflicts with the non-waivable mandatory laws of California, California law shall prevail.

14.4 Users in Other Countries or Regions

Governing Law: The laws of mainland China, People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules), but the mandatory consumer protection laws of your location still apply.

Jurisdiction: You may choose to sue us in a competent court at your place of residence (if supported by local law) or in the courts at the registered location of SHENZHEN NEUTOP OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,Ltd.

14.5 General Provisions

Limitation Period: Unless otherwise provided by applicable law or granted a longer period, disputes arising from these Terms shall be raised within one year from the date the cause of the dispute occurs.

Severability: If any part of this section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts shall remain valid.

15. About the Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the property and privacy safety of minors. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction (for example, under 18 years of age in mainland China, under 13 years of age in the United States, or under 16 years of age in some EU countries), you must obtain the express consent of your parents or other legal guardians before purchasing this Subscription Service, and complete the payment under their guardianship and accompaniment. If a minor makes a payment without guardian consent, the guardian may contact support@aurzen.com for assistance.
